About Go Ape Battersea Park Tree Top Adventure
Have you got what it takes to complete the Tree Top adventure at Go Ape first London Adventure, Go Ape Battersea Park?
Let's take you back to the origins of Go Ape which lie in France. Back in 2001, Tris and Becs Mayhew were on holiday in the Auvergne with their six-month-old baby and came across a French family swinging through the trees. From the looks on their faces, it was clear both the kids and their parents were having the time of their lives.31 courses later Go Ape is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.Go Ape Battersea Park features familiar favourites like ladders, walkways, bridges, tunnels and a Zig Zag Bridge. The course should take around two to three hours to complete. When you are up in the treetops at certain points you will be given an option of what route to take. The easier but still challenging route or the difficult route which will really put you to the test. The Longest Zip line is 50 metres with the highest platform standing at 13.6 metres. The crossing is 32 metres with the whole length of the course spanning 730 metres. For tiny chimps over 1m tall, Tree Top Junior is a chance to explore the canopy and experience all the thrills and spills the great apes can. That includes the 43m zip wire grand finale! While it might be a little scary at first, it’s really a case of monkey see, monkey do as the instructors give everyone a full safety briefing before they take to the trees.Just remember to leave your sandals at home as you will need to wear closed toe and heel footwear. We're quite sure you will be getting slightly muddy so don't dress to impress. If you have any questions please call attraction for details.
